Marriage License after divorce
My ex husband is seeking a copy of our marriage license. He has been known to be less than ethical on some occasions. What could he use it for?

Marriage licenses are public record in SC, and anyone can obtain a copy simply by requesting one from the Probate Court. As for his motives, it is impossible to predict what he is up to.
