Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

If I am married with 2 kids, unemployed, have no place to go, and want a divorce from my cheating husband....will he have to provide for me and our kids, since I have no source of income?

The Court will certainly require your husband to pay child support if you have custody of the children. As for spousal support / alimony, there are many factors that come into play, including his income, the length of your marriage, how the assets/debts are divided, etc., so it's not possible to answer that question without much more information.
