Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
We never got married but we did get a marriage license. Now the "wife" has left our home in South Carolina and took the baby and went to Arkansas. She has changed her phone number I cant contact her. I have tried to contact her sister, mother and aunt through facebook to tell them to ask 'wife" to call me but no results so far. I want to know about my daughter and I want to see her. What are my rights as a father? She hasn't filed for child support.
