if you are married and all property is in your name(cars, home and other items)

you work your spouse hasn't worked in about ten years

all debt is in your name

what happens to this?

Marital assets and debts acquired or accumulated during the marriage are subject to being allocated during a separation or divorce. There are factors that the Court will consider, but they are too lengthy to get into in this forum.
