I have been married for 10 yrs. now wife want divorce for looking at women. What determines if she gets pension and social security. how much do they get

All marital assets will be identified, valued, and divided in the divorce process. Typically, pension benefits which accrue during the marriage are subject to being divided, but Social Security benefits are not. However, there are other areas in which this can come into play, such as spousal support.
