money not considered alimony

my husband and i are divorcing. He has agreed to give me $775/month. We did not want it to be considered alimony so I do not have to claim it as income.How can we word it so that he just gives me the money ?

You should consult with your attorney to discuss this issue. If you don't have an attorney, then you should consider hiring one to handle this situation, as the issues are too important to try to handle it yourself. The few dollars that you "save" now can possibly cost you thousands down the road.
