Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
I don't have money to hire a attorny. I want to know if I can repersent my self in a joint custody case in family court.

You _can_ represent yourself in any matter in Family Court, but it is generally _not_ a good idea to do so. Custody cases are very complex, and it is very likely that you will do more harm to your case than good if you proceed without an attorney.
These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
