Re: Moving out of state with children while married

You can move wherever you wish, but your spouse can attempt to prevent the children from moving with you. Ultimately, the decision is up to the Court as to whether the children should be allowed to move away or not, and there are many factors involved in that analysis.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
