Obligations of the father in an out of wedlock pregnancy

My 18 year old daughter, single, still in high school and still living at home (with her parents) hs become pregnant. 1) What are the obligations of the father during the pregnancy? 2) What are the rights of the father? and 3) what is needed to prove (if necessary) the fact that he is the father of the child (still unborn)?

Since paternity has not been established, your daughter can't ask for anything from the father and the father doesn't have any rights either. She should file a Paternity Action to establish that he is the father. Then she can request child support. If paternity is established he would also have visitation rights.
