Obtaing a divorce

I married a man in 1997 with whom we have been separated since 1999. I found out that he married before in 1990 to another woman with who there was divorce when we married, How can I go about getting out of this situation with limited funds.

Please help me. Thank you

If you are saying that he was still married to Mrs. 1990 when he attempted to marry you, then you can file an action to have your marriage declared void.
