Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
If I was ordered by the court to have no overnight males when I have visitation with my son, but I currently live with my partner and we have a child together what can i do?

If you have the child and the male partner there overnight, then you are putting yourself into a contempt situation. Your options can include: asking the partner to leave for the night(s) the child is there, exercising the visitation with the child somewhere else, or marrying the partner so that he's no longer a lover/paramour.
These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
