Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Can parent with custody of child lose custody if they don't follow visitation guidelines? And how do you prove that in court that they haven't followed guidlelines.

If one parent refuses to allow the ordered visitation and/or attempts to alienate the other parent from the child, then one of the possible remedies is for the Court to grant custody to the other parent. Other possible remedies can include the parent being held in contempt of court and possibly jailed. The ways to prove the violation tends to vary from case to case.
