parental rights

is it legal to try an take a fathers rights, just because he wont put up with a mothers demands,and there are no court ordered paper work,she wont let him see the children unless he has money ,or she needs a babysitter for the weekend. she has drawn up a paper for him to sign his rights away.

The reasons you stated are not good reasons to terminate someone's parental rights, and I question whether the Court would do so under those circumstances. However, there are usually many more facts involved in these types of cases, some of which could make a significant impact upon the Court's decision.
