Parents are divorced
Mom has custody. We live in florida
i'm 13 years old. I want to live with my dad.
What steps do i need to take to live with my dad in south carolina

You need to request to have a guardian ad-litem appointed and have them guide you through the process, or have your dad hire a lawyer.

If both parents agree that custody should be changed, then they can execute a child custody agreement to resolve it amicably. Otherwise, the non-custodial parent will need to file an action to change custody.
