Paternity Test

13 yrs ago I was dating this guy and I got pregnant. I messed around with my ex- boyfiend twice but we used a condom. There was never a doubt in my mind that the child wasn't my new boyfriends. We just recently did a paternity test and the child is not his. He did a paternity acknowledgement form and signed the birth certificate and I never put him on child support he just sent voluntary allotments. Does he have the right to take me to court for repayment. He is threatening to do that.
