Paternity testing
we live in south carolina. my fiance may have a child with another woman but she wont let him have a dna test done. she continusely harrasses us yet wont do the test. is there anyway we can have the test done without her consent without hirin a lawyer. cause at the moment we dont have the money for a lawyer. however if the test says the son is his he wants to take her to court.

If the mother will not cooperate, then there is no way to force her to voluntarily submit to a paternity test. His best course of action will be to file an action in Family Court to address the paternity issue, and then if the child is his, he can pursue custody or visitation.
