Pharmacy laws

I would like to know how a pharmacist who has been fired from every pharmacy in the area, has been caught stealing controlled substances, written up for sexual harrassment, left the pharmacy unattended can still have his license? Does the state of sc and retail pharmacies allow anyone to practice due to the shortage of pharmacists?

Any complaints against a pharmacist's license should be made to the licensing board in Columbia, SC. You can obtain information about this at the State's web portal, www.MySCGov.com
