Prenuptial and divorce

If a prenuptial is signed involving a 401- plan and a house and at a later date a divorce occurs are these items considered part of the martial assets.

If there is a prenuptial agreement, then the big concerns are: (1) whether it is valid and enforceable, and (2) if so, what its terms say about those specific issues.
