In SC, in order to get a divorce on the ground of adultery, you are required to prove (1) romantic inclination and (2) opportunity for them to have had sex. It is usually very helpful and a good idea to get a private investigator involved to obtain the necessary evidence for you. You can read more about these subjects at the following links: http://is.gd/hSlQ9 and http://is.gd/hSm7d
These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
