Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

I actually have questions concerning my son and my stepdaughter. My divorce and custody were in Illinois and my ex doesn't bother to come see my son but calls him every Friday. He is starting to get confused and frustrated with how he is doing. How do I go about have some things on the final order changed without having to pay alot of money?

My stepdaughter's mom is in contempt, but we don't want to hire an attorney since we have already had to pay out close to $10,000. We were suppose to get her on the 15th and then the 29th and her mother didn't meet us at the meeting point with her. We need to file contempt charges on her, but not sure how to do it. I sent a certified letter, return receipt. This is what I sent her.

Ms Blackwell,

1) I'm not sure what calendar you are using, but this one is the one you are suppose to be going by.

2) I will pick Katelyn up on Feb 12, 2010.

3) I have no way to call and talk to katelyn, so you need to give me a number.

4) I've lost 7 nights with Katelyn and you need to let me know how you intend to make these up.

5) Make sure you send the Medicaid card with her, as ordered.

Thank you,

Mr Inman
