If your aunt has custody of the child, then she is in the driver's seat to address those issues. Now, if you have visitation rights, then she cannot unreasonably interfere with those rights. Some judges are more liberal and others conservative, so it's hard to predict how the Court would address this issue without knowing much more information from you.
