reconcilliation

if a couple has been legally separated, and are now back together,what should be done to retain all legal rights.

You don't necessarily "have" to do anything, and as long as you remain together you should not have any problems. However, if you want to be more secure, you can execute a reconcilation agreement that will clarify that you have reconciled and wish to undo any prior orders or agreements.
