Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Refiling divorce

My husband and I were getting a divorce based on adultery. We decided to to attempt to reconcile. I dismissed the divorce and he moved his girlfriend back in the next day. What is the best way to proceed from here? I do not have the money to refile and two children to support.

Re: Refiling divorce

Your only option is to refile and show his deception in enticing you to reconcile. The Court can factor that into its decision in your case.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
