Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
Do i have to register my NM divorce decree in SC in order to modify it?
If so how do i do that with out an attorney?

The first issue is what portions of the divorce decree are you wishing to modify. The second is whether SC will have jurisdiction to do so. Attempting to represent yourself in Family Court rarely results in a successful resolution.
These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
