Do i have to register my NM divorce decree in SC in order to modify it?

If so how do i do that with out an attorney?

The first issue is what portions of the divorce decree are you wishing to modify. The second is whether SC will have jurisdiction to do so. Attempting to represent yourself in Family Court rarely results in a successful resolution.
