Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
Is it required to use an attorney for filing an at-fault divorce? I am not finding any forms online for this. My husband and I are in agreement on everything, but cannot wait the one year waiting period due to one of the "issues" that fall into the at-fault.

You can represent yourself in any action in Family Court, though it is generally not advisable.
These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
