retroactive child support

Is retroactive child support legal and does it have any jurisdiction in Spartanburg S.C.? If someone should lie about their total assets on a financial affidata sheet , is it considered purjury?

Retroactive child support is legal in South Carolina and even in Spartanburg!

A Financial Declaration is submitted under oath in a Family Court and you can be criminaly liable for lying under oath!!!!
