Need To Know My Rights

I am married and have been for three years now and have two little girls age 2 and a newborn. I plan on joining the air force because times are hard and i want a good future for my girls. Now if my husband and i were to get a divorce is there any way that he will take them from me. He said that there is a way he could get sole custody but i don't want that cause they are better off with me. My job will not interferr with me raising them. I am not an unfit mother in no way shape or form. I just want to know my rights so i don't get messed over. thanks

Child custody is a very serious matter. The general rule is that the best interests of the child will determine the custody. You need to see a lawyer about this.
