My Rights, as a Wife

My husband & I have been married for 15 years & he now has Alhzeimers & Parkinsons Disease. His children came & took his clothing, etc. while he was in the hospital & are trying to get Power of Attorney & they have him signing papers while he is not in his right mind. They are harassing me & not allowing me to see him. He had me down as his power of attorney. What do I need to do? Can they come in & take over like that & take him from me?

You should consult an attorney to discuss filing an action with the Probate Court to be appointed as his conservator.
