Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

I have a rule to show cause hearing for past due alimony in lexington county sc. I live in ga. If I do not show up they will issue a bench warrent. Are they going to extrdite me back to south carolina. Has this happend to anyone else?

They typically will not extradite you back to SC for a bench warrant, but the other party can then register the Order / Bench Warrant in GA and have it enforced against you there.
