What if I don't want to separate or divorse

My husband told me two days ago that he wants a separation. He wants to move out and get an apartment. What if I don't want to separate or get divorced? Do I have a choice?

There is no law to force a couple to stay married. You need to talk with an attorney in your area to explore your options since it is obvious that your spouse no longer wants to be in a relationship and has taken steps towards eventually filing for a divorce.
