Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
separation sex
My husband and I are separeted and have a legal agreement but our divorce won't be final until the fall of '08. If we sleep together, will that nullify the agreement?

Re: separation sex
If you reconcile, meaning resume cohabitation with the intent to resume your husband-wife relationship, then the agreement may be undone. These cases are very fact specific, so it depends on the facts of your specific case.
These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
