Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

I have been seperated from my husband since 99. I left him due to physical abuse. I took my daughter by him with me and he got her from my babysitters house, she called him to get her because come to find out she wanted to b with him. Anyway. Whn we went to court he got temporary custoher, he then took her out.of state to texas then to mexico. I havent seen my daughter since 2001. I also dont know if i am even still married. I have tried to find them both with no luck. I have messages on myspace from a friend of his telling me he took her to mexico as well as he was going to leave her with the lady when he went to mexico but changed his mind at the last minute. I have since however forgot my password to myspace. Anyway. Can you please help me and give me some advice as to what I can do to find my daughter. She don't even know who I am. And how I can get a divorce. To not know if your daughter is ok or not is heartbreaking. U can't even imagine. Can you please help
