Seperation

my husband and I seperated in april, and he took our 13 year old son and sent him to his sisters in Texas whithout my knowledge and permission..there is no court order for custody at this time....what are my options??...I cannot see him or visit him??.....what can I do

Unless there is a court order preventing you from doing so, you can go pick the child up and keep him with you. You and your husband both have equal rights to the child, so he can try to keep him away from you and you can try to get him back.
