Seperation Only

I want to leave my husband, of er a 20 year marriage and I want to know, if I move out, would this be called abandonement.?. 2 - Would I be still entitled to get have of what we own together? 3. If I get a legal seperation, do I have to get the divorce? and does that cost extra? Is that $ included in the seperation Paper. 4 , I'll think of something else later to ask. SARAH

3. No. Typically yes, but depends on the agreement reached with your attorney.
