seperation from live in partner

i have lived with my partner for 6 yrs.he now says he is leaveing me.i am disabled & we both aquired bills that i did not have before him.can i legally get him to help me with these bills?

If you are married, then the Family Court will allocate all marital debts. If you are not, then the Family Court will not have jurisdiction to address these issues.
