Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
seperation/divorce
I have reason to believe that my husband is cheating on me, eventhough he denies it. I found a receipt for condoms in his car. It has also showed evidence in the past of infidelity. I no longer want to go through this. We have a house and two small children. What are my options?

Re: seperation/divorce
You have several options available to you, depending on how you want to proceed. For instance, you could hire a private investigator to confirm your husband's adultery, you could file for a divorce now, or you could pursue a legal separation.
These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
