sex after divorce
If my husband and I have sex during our legal separation and before the divorce is final, does that nullify our agreement?

Without knowing much more information, it is impossible to answer that question. If you ever resumed your husband/wife relationship and reconciled, then the answer may be yes. Otherwise, the answer may be no. These types of questions are very fact specific.
