Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

I see signs of malnutrition in my son what process must I go thru. I am aware of DSS, I was advised that my sons mom receive benefits (EBT & Medicaid) however; my son is skin & bones and is below the curve on children that are in his age group as per last wellness baby check.

You might consider taking the child to see a physician to address your concerns, and if they are warranted, then filing for custody in Family Court.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
