Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

slander/child support

My ex husband currently has 2 judgments against him in VA civil court from 2004 and also has not paid any child support to the present. Can I post his picture and the above information in the local newspapers and on a bill board in the SC town he currently lives in?

I would suggest that you check with the court which has jurisdiction over the child support matter and, perhaps, the South Carolina Child Support Enforcement agency to see what they think of your plan before you post any such pictures. The CSE agency may already have a roster of delinquents among whom they would be more than happy to include a mug shot of this allegedly "dead beat dad".
