using someones SSN for information

Can someone have their attorney pull information on you using your SSN without your knowledge to gain information on a case involving your husband (pertaining to a family court case)?

There's a lot of tricky things people can do these days when it comes to gathering information on other people, especially with computers and the internet. You would be better served by asking a private investigator that question.
