My son turns eighteen this month and has graduated from high school, my child support ends for him but I am still paying for my sixteen year old daughter, does the payment get cut in half or does it need to be recaculated?

It will need to be recalculated to determine the obligation for the one remaining minor child.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
