Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Hi! I have son that,s 9 years old,his grand farther has soul custody of him, i have visitaion wrights to him for holidays weekends and school breaks that started 2007 but haven't seen him sence 6/8/2008, they would move and change there phone num. when I get in contact with him what am I suppose to do??

If the custodian is not complying with the existing order, then the best course of action is to file a contempt action to have the terms of the order enforced. The other option would be to try to gain custody of the trial based on their refusal to allow your visitation.
