My Sons Custody

My Sons Father has Full Custody of him and had him for about a week and dropped him off one day and I had him for the past three years, and no sight of him. Now I want to move out of state to PA and not sure if its ok, don't know what to do.

If the child lives with you, then you need to take steps to get legal custody of him. If you do not do so, then you could have problems arise in the future with regard to school registration, healthcare issues, etc.
