In South Carolina, if a husband and wife have been living separately for 15 months and plan to file an uncontested divorce pro se, what is the average length of wait time for the divorce to be finalized?

The length of time is determined by how quickly the issues in your case can be agreed upon and how crowded the Court docket is in the County in which you reside. If you already have an agreement, then two to three months is not uncommon in most Counties in SC.
