Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

If a spouse has not contributed to child's tuition because they say that they do not have any money and cant get a loan but has signed and received a loan to purchase a car for someone another woman other than his wife could a spouse do anything legally?

It depends on what your divorce decree or separation agreement says. However, the general law in South Carolina is that once a child reaches 18 years of age then support stops. Good luck.
