Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

If my spouse found out the I had a membership on a dating internet site; is this considered adultery? If so, what rights are she entitled to and what percentage of child support will I be faced with paying?

A membership to an online dating service, in and of itself, is not enough to be considered proof of adultery in SC.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
