Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

Out of State Custody

My ex-husband has my daughters for his summer visitation and will not release them back to me. He says this is because my papers are vague. My custody papers say ''summer months'' and do not specify dates.

Re: Out of State Custody

If you believe that your ex-husband is violating the terms of an Order, you can file a contempt action to ask the Court to enforce the prior Order.

These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
