Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina

In the state of South Carolina adultery is considered illegal. If i have proof and admission from my spouse is it possible to pursue criminal charges?

It is still on the law as a crime, and as such, you can report it to law enforcement. It is up to them as to whether they decide to prosecute or not. I would be shocked if they decide to begin prosecuting people for adultery though.
