Legal Question in Family Law in South Carolina
it is clearly stated in divorce papers that neither parent can have "friends" of opposite sex overnight when they have the children. I found out from a friend that my ex is moving into an apartment with his current girlfreind this weekend. He hasn't even notified me yet of the change. How do I handle his overnight visits? I do not approve nor do I want them overnight with his girlfriend?

If he moves in with the girlfriend or has her in his place overnight when the child is there, you can seek to have him held in contempt of Court. You will need to be able prove that he did it though, so you may want to consider hiring a private investigator to obtain proof.
These are complex issues, and it is important that they be handled correctly. Therefore, it is important that you consult an experienced family law attorney to find out what options are available to you based on the facts of your particular case.
