stopping Child support in South Carolina

What do I have to do to stop Child support in South Carolina. My child is 18 and has graduated from High School.

If you only have this one child, then you can simply take proof of the child's age and graduation to the clerk of court and they should close your account. If you are paying the custodial parent directly, you can just stop paying once both events have occurred.

If you have more than one child, then you will need to bring an action to recalculate the child support in light of the child now being emancipated.
